intermission on day 1: japanese cooking class

as intensive as it is,
we do need to eat!

when the clock strikes 12,
lunch break!

and on the first day,
we get to help with preparing our own lunch!

and taught us how to prepare a full lunch menu
from appetizer to dessert
with the same japanese sauce!

with just miso paste, mirin and sugar
an extremely tasty yet easy to made sauce is made...

by the time the demo and cooking was done,
it was past 1pm
and we all couldn't wait to dive into the simple yet wonderful dishes!

can't wait to try it out when i go home!
