10th cooking class: goya chanpuru



okinawa style stir fly bittermelon (goya chanpuru)

teriyaki pork ribs

seaweed soup
+
okinawa shortbread cookies (chinsuko)


this class is taken just for somotu
as he loves this bittermelon dish.

the teriyako sauce was surprisingly easy to make too!

should we have this for dinner tomorrow?
