4th cooking class, cool cutting techniques

learned the katsudon set yesterday
(pork cutlet with eggs on rice)

the best part was the cutting...

...  how to cut the cucumber so that it can be pickled thoroughly...
(the end product is like a spring)

and to cut the apple wedges in a pretty neat way...

...  just when the class was about to end,
somotu texted and asked whether i would be bringing the set over as his lunch...
sure thing!
after quick tasting, i wrapped the set and delivered to somotu.
i enjoyed the delivery part just as much as the cooking!


...  the mini pan with a vertical handle for cooking the pork cutlet over onions and the sauce
is very cute and handy...
